Feisty Fit Females will meet on Thursday February 28^th from 6:30 to 8:30 at 1341 West Caley Avenue Littleton, CO 80120. Sandy Dickman, master trainer for Healthier Living Colorado and fitness instructor with the Cancer Fit Institute will be our presenter. Those of you who are fortunate enough to know Sandy, understand that she is one of God’s best. She has helped more than 800 cancer survivors regain their fitness and set new goals toward health. She has a B.A. in exercise and sports science from Metropolitan State College of Denver and received her certification as a Cancer Exercise Specialist. Personally, she strives to be active and to encourage others to live happy, healthy lives. Come join us as we explore ways in which we all can live healthier, happier lives.
